Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 4,534 SY of Asphalt Prime Coat; 4,534 SY Asphalt Surface Treatment; 17,974 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat and 17,974 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
