The Project consists of installation of a new 6 Fisher Court Pump Station force main, and replacement of the Franklin Street gravity sewer from Manhole No. 39 to 52, and installation of a parallel gravity sewer segment that serves the current Drive Industries site on Industrial Drive. Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) is providing the funding for this project. Contractors must demonstrate the Six Good Faith Efforts to identify and solicit DBE firms that are potential sources for any procurement action in the areas of project construction, equipment, services and supplies by including state qualified DBE firms in the bidding process. Documentation of the solicitation efforts shall be submitted with the Bid.
