This Project Consists of Dumpster Service for the Youth, Parks and Recreation Department. Dumpster Service at various locations in the Town of Tonawanda Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to Conditions of Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid Under the Contract. The Owner/town Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids for Failure to Comply With the Requirements of the Contract Documents but May, at Its Discretion, Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. The Owner/town Further Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Award a Contract Which, in Its Judgment, is in the Best Interest of the Owner. No Bidder May Withdraw His/her/its Bid Within Ninety (90) Days After the Opening Thereof, Without Forfeiting the Bid Security, but May Withdraw Same at Any Time Prior to the Opening Thereof. Bidder Must Sign the Statement of Non-collusion in Accordance With Chapter 751 of the Laws of the State of New York.
