Bidding & Construction Management Services for Public Works Fleet Facility Seeking qualifications from interested firms to provide review of design documentation, development of bid documents, bid review and construction/engineering inspection/management services for the construction of a new Public Works Fleet Facility. This essential, hardened facility will house the City's fleet operations (garage), Public Works Administration office space, contain an Emergency Operations Center component, and be located just north of Sunrise Court along College Street just south of the existing Public Works complex. The City's prior awarded design firm completed the design and permitting documents. The City now needs bidding process support, construction management services, contract administration services, and engineering inspections during the construction of the project. The selected Respondent shall be chosen based upon their relevant expertise and thorough knowledge of the professional services, functions, activities, and related responsibilities to successfully complete bidding and construction phase services.
