ELLA ST, S SANDUSKY ST, AND S RIVER RD SEWER REHABILITATION - OPWC OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,298,100 The scope of work consists of point repairs to sanitary sewers, installation of cured-in-place-pipe, lining/repair/installation of manholes, and other sewer work necessary for these items. All prime contractors bidding the project must obtain their plans and bidding documents directly from, and be plan holders with the Public Works Department. Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the Public Works Department and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ELLA ST, S SANDUSKY ST, AND S RIVER RD SEWER REHAB PROJECT. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.
