Bridge Replacement. A 10% DBE goal has been assigned to this project. All bidders shall submit their LPA DBE utilization plan electronically using Formstack prior to the bid opening. Any bids received without electronic submission of the LPA DBE utilization plan will be deemed unresponsive. The Project Has a 45-day Closure. The Date Set for Completion is October 25, 2024. The Contractor Shall Be Odot Pre-qualified at the Time of Bidding, at the Time of Project Award, and Through the Life of the Construction Contract. The Prime Contractor Must Perform No Less Than 30 Percent of the Total Original Contract Price. All Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (Performance and Payment Bond) in the Full Amount of the Contractor S Bid Payable to the Seneca County Commissioners and Ohio Department of Transportation. The Funding Source for This Project is Federal Funds. Therefore, Davis Bacon Wage Rates Are Required. A 10% Dbe Goal Has Been Assigned to This Project. The Seneca County Commissioners Reserve the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, to Waive Any Irregularities and to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid.
