Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Wilkie, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,000-square-foot, one-story above grade swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
The Town of Wilkie is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to undertake the construction of a building to house new changerooms, office space and mechanical room. The building dimensions are 100' x 40' for a total of 4,000 sq.ft. and will be located at 104 - 7th Avenue East, Wilkie, Saskatchewan. The successful bidder will work with the Pool Contractor - Western Recreation and Development Inc, to properly pla for all mechanical equipment including filters, pumps heaters, chemical feed system, automated chemical control system and changes in elevation to accommodate for the inlet and outlet lines.
