The Rural Municipality of Reford No. 379 is accepting proposals from interested parties for the supply and stockpiling of modified Type 105 specification traffic gravel at contractor's source pit within the RM of Reford No. 379. The Scope of Work is crush 10,000 cubic yards of road gravel to modified Type 105 Gravel, Supply and Stockpile required by December 31st, 2024. The RM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposal(s), to negotiate with the Successful Proponent(s), split the award or to waive irregularities and omissions, if in so doing the best interests of the RM will be served. No liability shall accrue to the RM for its decision in this regard. Any bid or any part of any bid will not necessarily be accepted. The lowest bid does not necessarily constitute an award. The RM is not obligated to award a contract to any Bidder pursuant to this Request for Proposal.
