The parking lot is used by the Emergency Operations Center, 911 Telecommunications Center, Magistrates Office, and the Sheriff's Office. The contractor that the County intends to award shall supply a separate performance and payment bond. A performance bond satisfactory to the County, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in South Carolina with a Best's Key Rating of Level A or better and in a financial size of Class VII or higher, or otherwise secured in a manner satisfactory to the County, for the faithful performance of the contract in strict conformity with the plans, specifications and conditions of the contract. The bond shall be in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the contract. Labor and materials shall include public utility services and reasonable rentals of equipment, but only for the periods when the equipment rented is used at the site.
