36 Purpose of the mandate: Maintaining the CSSDM's IT equipment is essential to maintaining quality teaching for its school clientele. The CSSDM must have a trusted contractor to meet its needs. The purpose of this call for tenders is to select a service provider for the various installation, maintenance, repair, moving, reinstallation and replacement services for audiovisual equipment and digital solutions, including a set of interactive digital boards (TNI), a set of interactive screens (ÉI), speakers, projectors and other accessories, described in this quote, all according to the conditions of this call for tenders The CSSDM will provide the sets of interactive digital boards (IDBs), or interactive screens (IS). The objective is to carry out, upon request, various turnkey services from the TNI and the ÉI to the CSSDM, in accordance with the conditions of this call for tenders. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bidder. Mandate period: The contract will be valid for an initial period of twelve months. It is accompanied by two renewal options of one year each. The renewal options will be exercised at the request of the CSSDM, with the agreement of the successful bidder and in compliance with the conditions of the initial call for tenders. The contract will begin upon award. Each paper submission must be submitted sealed in an envelope identified by the return label included in the call for tenders or by any exact reproduction of its contents, as well as the name and address of the bidder in the upper corner.
