Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Franklin, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project includes acceptance of all existing site conditions (which are to be inspected by all bidders prior to bidding) and all other general construction, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work specified in the Original, signed copies of the Bid Proposal Form must be received prior to Bid, by email, mail, hand delivery, courier delivery or express delivery, in the office of the Simpson County Judge Executive, Mason Barnes, at 100 Courthouse Square, Franklin, KY 42134, Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid. The General Contractor to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and shall have the right to reject any and all bids.
