Renovation of an office development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Prime Services of a General Contractor. The project involves relocating MECP staff and selected furniture from 135 St. Clair Ave W to 40 St. Clair Ave W, decommissioning the current site to a broom-swept condition, and renovating approximately 92,500 RSF across 10 floors at 40 St. Clair with minor work on floors 5 and 6. It includes selective demolition, installation of new building systems, coordination with FF&E suppliers, and phased execution with multiple occupancy dates, ensuring seamless transitions for Ministry staff during each phase. Proponents must provide with their Submission a letter confirming bonding capacity signed by the Proponents Surety. The letter shall indicate the Proponents capacity to obtain a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and material payment bond for projects up to $30,000,000.
