The Work of this Contract, consists of the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to remove and replace the existing streetcar track within the underground streetcar loop at the Spadina Station. The Work of This Contract, Designated A65-49 - Spadina Station - Streetcar Loop Rail Replacement Shall Include, but Not Be Limited to, the Supply of Labour, Equipment, and Materials to Remove and Replace the Existing Streetcar Track Within the Underground Streetcar Loop at the Station, Including Accessories; Isolated Track Slab Repair, Staging of the Work, Remove and Replace Drainage Catchment Component, Including New Drain Pipes, Track Drains and Leads, Switch Drain Leads and Sewer Pipes; Utility Locates; Provisions for All New Electrical for the New Track Lubricators; Installation of New Lubricators; Removal and Disposal of the Grout Pads and the Old Lubricator Boxes and Lubricator Lines, Including Disposal of the Lubricant Contaminated Lines and Hopper/reservoirs; Traffic and Pedestrian Management. This Contract Requires the Laying and Installation of Rail (the "Ttc Work") by the Toronto Transit Commission (Ttc). This Ttc Work Must Be Undertaken by Ttc Directly, Using Its Own Employees or Service Providers or Both.
