It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services to prequalify multiple firms to provide construction engineering and inspection services on a task authorization basis for minor construction projects that require contract administration, inspection, materials sampling and testing services. Funding sources for individual projects may include, but are not limited to, Joint Participation Act (JPA), Department of Economic Development (DEO), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and local funding. Prequalified firms will be selected for individual projects based on expertise, availability, and project schedule. Question End Date 6/12/2024 12:00 PM. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to the address above no later than Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 12:00 PM Local Time. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed via formal Addendum and posted to the County's vendor bid notification website at online. Osceola County welcomes your response to this PS document. Osceola County reserves the right to reject any proposal found to be non-responsive, vague, non-conforming, or irresponsible. Osceola County may withdraw all or part of this proposal at any time to protect its best interest. The desire of Osceola County to pursue proposals shall in no way obligate the County to compensate you for your efforts or to execute a contract with you.
