The project consists of but is not limited to: CMHA MAIN CAMPUS SEALANT REPLACEMENT The construction estimate range for this project is between $168,196.00 - $232,270.00 Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 10:00 AM ET change from 06/10/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions will be received in writing via email at CousotrigoY@cmha.net . The project consists of removing all ceramic floor tile, ceramic base or tile base located in the first-floor lobby and hallways. Removal of carpet and carpet/vinyl wall base in common area resident hallways floors 2-6. Installation of floor leveling compound and prepare floor for installation of new LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) throughout. Color TBD
