Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project consists of the renovation of existing building for use as a medical lab education center. Work includes: concrete, structural steel, wood framing, batt insulation, foamed-in- place insulation, rolled asphaltic roofing, sheet metal flashing, hollow metal frames, flush wood doors, aluminum storefronts and windows, gypsum assemblies, tiling, acoustic ceiling tile, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, paint, and metal lockers. Plumbing work includes: fire sprinklers, plumbing demo and system expansion. HVAC work includes: demolition of existing and replacement including air handling unit, fans, hoods, vavs, mini-split, cabinet heater and condensing unit. Electrical work includes renovation/replacement of building lighting, power and systems. Civil work includes: concrete paving, sanitary service and water service. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidder
