Interior build-out of the library space located on the first floor of the New Richmond Library & Residences building, including additional coordination with the ongoing completion of the building shell and build-out of the residential areas, and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications. Monday, April 14, 2025 Estimated commence construction date. Monday, February 09, 2026 Substantial completion, perform final walk through and inspection with Owner and Architect. Owner can occupy.
