Description

Renovation of a military facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

AMENDMENT 0002 - RESPONSES DUE BY 03 SEP 2024 AT 10:00 AM (AKDT). POCs and dates in Synopsis and PPQ have been updated. A-E firms that have already provided a response to this synopsis are not required to acknowledge amendment. 673 Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) requires professional architect-engineer services (A-E) to develop a design to repair, sustain, and restore 3 Dormitories (Buildings 7053, 8005, 7083) located on JBER, Alaska. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $250,000 and $1,000,000 A firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2024 and design completed by July 2025. Service Contract Labor Standards may apply to the resultant contract depending on labor categories required to perform. Any questions, whether technical or contractual in nature, shall be submitted in writing by 2:00 p.m. (AKDT) on 24 July 2024.
