Reference Number 0000271109 The City of Kenora (the "CITY") is seeking tenders for Surface Treatment. Surface treatment of various roads within City limits. Double application to assigned roads in amount of 1400m2, Single application to assigned roads in amount of 1000m2. The Tenderer is required to submit with its Tender, a Consent of Surety and a Bid Bond in a form acceptable to the CITY, or in lieu of a Bid Bond, a Tenderer may submit, along with a Consent of Surety, a certified cheque or an irrevocable letter of credit in favour of the CITY equal to 10% of the Tender Sum as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract for the Work The Successful Tenderer shall commence the Work within 10 working days after receipt of the Letter of Intent from the CITY and shall complete the Work by the dates specified in the Contract July 15-August 16, 2024. City reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to reject or accept any Tender, including the right to reject all Tenders.
