The Port of Vancouver is seeking responses to this solicitation from consultants for the purpose of developing agreements to perform On Call Structural Design & Engineering Services. Two or more on call contracts may be awarded from the solicitation to enter into an agreement for up to five years or through completion of any projects in progress. The consultants who are awarded contracts shall have demonstrated experience in the types of work and activities defined in this solicitation. These services will also play an important role in enabling the port to establish a program of infrastructure maintenance and upgrades critical to port industrial and terminal operations. With the various types of projects that the port engages, having access to consultants with flexibility and various skill sets provide significant advantages and benefits. The port encourages firms of all size, depth, and capabilities to submit proposals. Consultants who are awarded on-call contracts will be allowed to add team members as needed to address work in peripheral disciplines related to a specific project or task. Consultants shall be capable of performing structural engineering services on new and existing structures. Project deliverables will include cost estimates, creative solutions for repair, modification and/or design and provide guidance on structure life expectancy Question and answer period ends 5:00 PM Wednesday, June 5, 2024 Owner Rights: The port reserves the right to cancel or to reissue the RFQ in whole or in part, prior to execution of an AGREEMENT
