**As of August 2nd, 2024 project was awarded Axiom Construction Services Group, LLC but awarded amount is not available.** The Board of Education of the Dearborn Heights School District #7, Wayne County, Michigan, will receive sealed bids for the auditorium HVAC improvements at Annapolis High School, 4650 Clipped Street, Dearborn Heights, Ml 48125. The work generally consists of: o Installation of new rooftop Energy Recovery Unit (ERU) o Installation of new rooftop ductwork, duct silencers, insulation, etc., connected to existing ductwork inside the building o Temperature controls and testing / balancing o Electrical distribution to suppod the new equipment o Exterior opening(s) in existing wall and structural steel unit suppods o Associated roofing work for curbs, suppods, etc. The bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District. The Board will not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. The bids shall also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Certification. The Board will not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized certification. This project will be funded by federal monies under the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER). As a federally funded construction project over $2,000, this Project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, 20 USC 1232b, and the Contractor is required to ensure that prevailing wages are paid in accordance with that Act and its implementing regulations. Without limiting the breadth of the foregoing (1 ) Contractor shall pay all mechanics and laborers employed directly on the site of the work, unconditionally and at least once a week, and without subsequent deduction or rebate on any account,the full amounts accrued at time of payment, computed at wage rates not less than those stated in the advertised specifications, regardless of any contractual relationship which may be alleged to exist between the Contractor or subcontractor and the laborers and mechanics; (2) Contractor shall post the scale of wages to be paid in a prominent and easily accessible place at the site of the work; and There may be withheld from the Contractor so much of accrued payments as the Owner considers necessary to pay to laborers and mechanics employed by the Contractor or subcontractors on the work the difference between the rates of wages required by the Agreement to be paid laborers and mechanics on the work and the rates of wages received by the laborers and mechanics and not refunded to the Contractor or subcontractors or their agents.
