The Town is seeking a professional, licensed general contractor with experience in hardscape construction, landscaping, irrigation, and the associated infrastructure scope elements of the project. The ideal project partner will work with the Town and their subcontractors to transform a 0.3-acre vacant lot into a vibrant community gathering place and town plaza. Situated adjacent to the San Luis Visitor Center along Main Street (State HW 159), this plaza will serve as a multifunctional space to host festivals, markets, events, and community gatherings. It will serve as a respite for visitors passing through the area and those stopping at the visitor center as well as the nearby Shrine of the Stations of the Cross.
