Site work for a water / sewer project in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will include the installation of approximately one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four (1,884) feet of eight-inch Ductile Iron Pipe water main, connection to existing mains, eight-inch gate valves, eight-inch Ductile Iron Pipe bends and concrete thrust blocks. The work also includes installation of three (3) fire hydrant assemblies and approximately 27 service connections. All work is located in Schwenksville Borough, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Questions Due Date: Jun 10th 2024, 11:00 AM EDT Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 10% Maintenance Bond and Contractor's Insurance are included in the Contract Documents. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Schwenksville Borough Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Borough.
