Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and the Instructions for Submitting Electronic Bids set forth in the Bid Packet. Question Deadline 04/10/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposals must be uploaded to online. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid proposal and made payable to LFT. LFT reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any cause whatsoever; to eliminate any item or items from the Contract; to waive any informality or irregularity in the Bids; and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered. Award of the Contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. Bids may be held by LFT for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening. LFT does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
