The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Authority) is establishing a Pool of prequalified general contractors qualified and capable of performing general contracting work for the Southern California Optimized Rail Expansion (SCORE) program for public works construction projects in a railroad operational environment with estimated construction values exceeding $15M for bid dates prior to December 2025. The Authority will evaluate responses to this Request for Qualifications to prequalify the Pool of contractors to perform prime general contracting for the projects.
