Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 35,070-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
A single prime combined bid for all work will be received for Maple St Police Security Project.at the Facilities Division Office located at 514 Yanceyville Street. All proposals shall be based on a stipulated sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. All proposals shall include the cost of all state and local sales and use taxes. Payment will be made on the basis of ninety percent (90%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, except under the provisions of General Statute 143-129.1, for a period of ninety (90) days. Any questions concerning the scope of work should be directed to: Jim Teele @ james.teele@greensboronc.gov. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities The work will require the contractor to furnish all labor and materials to install new fencing, automatic gates, access controls, Lighting in accordance with the attached scope of work and specifications included in the bid package. The work to be performed is located at 1106 Maple St, Greensboro, NC.
