PREVAILING WAGE NOTICE: All contractors, subcontractors, and all concerned must comply with the rate of wages per hour as established by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations under provisions of Sections 1770 and 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, or such other rate of wages as may hereafter be established by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations in compliance with Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California. In accordance with Sacramento City Code Section 3.60.180 and Section 1782 of the California Labor Code, the payment of the general prevailing rate of per diem wages or the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for holiday and overtime is not required for any Public Construction projects of $25,000 or less, or Public Maintenance projects of $15,000 or less. Evidence of Registration with DIR Required for Prevailing Wage Projects CADA reserves the right to request and receive payroll records during or after the completion of the project to verify compliance with Sections 1770 and 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California or such other rate of wages as may hereafter be established by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations in compliance with Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California. The right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in any bid received is reserved by the CAPITOL AREA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The award shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, based on the lump sum amount provided on the Bid Proposal Form, provided that all specified bidding requirements have been met. Once the contract has been awarded to a bidder, the successful bidder then has five (5) calendar days to provide CADA with a signed original contract along with all other required documents. If the above deadline is not adhered to, CADA reserves right to void the award, and award the contract to the next lowest bidder. THE WORK WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 365 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
