Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Vestal, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a 533-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Flat Roof Areas: New 2-Ply Roofing System (Reference Section 07 52 00) 1. Remove existing torch down modified plies and wood fiber board. Based on IR Scan, remove and replace any wet insulation from existing modified roof system. Remove all existing edge and fascia metal. 2. Re-Use existing drain bowls, plumbing to be coordinated with GC/Architect if required. 3. Add new polyisocyanurate insulation up to energy code r30. Mechanically fasten new and old insulation boards together and into the metal deck with approved fasteners (Fastening pattern based on wind uplift calculations and guidelines) 4. Where ponding water is present, provide new crickets to create positive slope for drainage. Mechanically fasten. 5. Provide new 4x4 sumps at all drain locations with minimum slope. 6. Install new primed gypsum fiber board, mechanically attached. 7. Raise blocking around edge and penetrations to accommodate new insulation height.
