Bids that are not properly sealed or received after the date and hour specified in this notice will be rejected. Lincoln Parish School Board reserves the right to award bids in whole or in part, reject any or all bids, and waive any informalities in accordance with R.S. 38:2211, et seq, and 2 CFR Part 200.320, et seq, if in the best interest of the School Board to do so. The purchase of HVAC systems will be made with federal funds.
