As of August 1, 2024, project has been awarded to Goodson Construction, with the Base bid $890,529.00 + Allowance $150,000 + Allowance (Eectrical) $30,000 + Allowance (Irrigation) $10,000 + Alternate 1 $82,450 + Alternate 2 $11,205.00 with a total awarded amount of $1,174,184.00. The Scope of Work Requires the Contractor to Furnish All Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, and Incidentals Necessary to Satisfactorily Complete the Project as Detailed in Exhibit a and Associated Specifications and Plans as Provided by Horry County School. Bid Security: Five Percent (5%) Required Per Bid Instructions Performance & Payment Bonds: One Hundred Percent (100%) of Contracted Amount as Stated on the Notice of Intent to Award Project Location(S): Black Water Middle 900 East Cox Ferry Road Conway, Sc 29526 Questions: All Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing to the District Bid Contact Person by 12:00pm (Noon) on 6/11/2024 Contractor will have access to the site beginning July 15, 2024, and shall continue the work through August 9, 2024.
