Reference Number 0000354147 Horry County Maintenance Department is taking bids to make site improvements at several locations. These improvements will consist of the following: Crack Filling, Seal Coating, and Striping at multiple locations: Agriculture Building; Animal Care Center; Carolina Forest Memorial Library; Carolina Forest Recreation Center; CB Berry Community Center; Conway DHEC Building; Department of Social Service Building; Finklea Fire #6; Little River Fire #2; Loris Library; North Myrtle Beach Library. Question Deadline 06/27/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes , Direct all Questions into Horry County's ebidding software. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - License Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % -- A bid security in the sum of no less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Total amount is required. Please make bid bond for FIVE PERCENT. Do not enter a dollar amount. If awarded, a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price as well as a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required.
