Renovation of a transportation facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Train Depot Roof. A 5% bid bond is required. Scope of Work Complete tear-off and replacement of the roof of the Train Depot, located at 105 S. Brooke St., Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in proposing and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the City. All materials and installation must comply with 2015 International Building Code, with Wisconsin Amendments. All new materials to be installed in compliance with all manufacturer specifications. Complete terminations and base flashings and provide temporary seals to prevent water from entering completed sections of roofing system at the end of the workday or when rain is forecast. Remove and discard temporary seals before beginning work on adjoining roofing. All roof penetrations to be properly flashed per manufacturer recommendations for that particular roof system.
