Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Greenacres, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work entails the provision of all necessary design-build services in all phases of the design and construction of the EOC. The services include professional architectural and engineering consultation and advice and furnishing customary surveys, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering services, and customary landscape architectural services, which are anticipated to included, but not be limited to, the following. Consultation with City staff regarding project scope. Preparation of a project Program consisting of conceptual design criteria, and alternatives. Preparation of opinion of probable cost. Planning and securing field services and information to prepare final design. Preparation of conceptual and final drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents. Furnishing necessary engineering data to apply for and secure regulatory permits. (Consultant/sub-consultant shall complete and submit required forms and documents with required regulatory agencies for their review and approval/issuance for the project
