As of March 31, 2025, construction is anticipated to commence June 2025 and be complete December 2025. The purpose is to perform interior renovations including renovating restrooms, milling and resurfacing parking lots, resealing windows, replacing roof scupper conductor heads, updating door hardware, and replacing baseboards and VCT patterns. The interior walls will be painted, restroom partitions and accessories will be replaced, and signage and roller window shades will be installed. Upgrade plumbing fixtures and water coolers, install outside air ductwork and dampers, disconnect electrical equipment, and the exterior door's access control. SDPBC-certified SBE subcontractors and vendors are strongly encouraged to participate. SBE goal 20%. Start date June 2025. Bid bond is required. Work will include, but is not limited to, the following work packages: o Selective Demolition - restrooms renovation o Parking Renovation - mill & resurface o Waterproofing - reseal exterior side of windows o Roofing - replace roof scupper conductor's heads o Doors - hardware, thresholds and weatherstripping replacement o Drywall - restrooms renovation o Flooring - baseboard and VCT pattern replacements o Paint - building interior walls and exterior doors o Restroom Accessories & Partitions o Signage - restrooms o Window Treatment - roller window shades o Furniture Labor - relocate furniture for painting scope o Plumbing Package - replace plumbing fixtures and water coolers o HVAC Package - replace OA motorized dampers (supplied by owner) and replace OA duct housing section for MVD & VD on 3 AHUs. o Electrical Package - MVD disconnect & reconnect and GFCI for water coolers o Access Control - Connect door's electrical strike with the access control system
