Renovation of a library in Albion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The scope of work includes the demolition of existing deck and renovation of existing structure, installation of handicapped accessible restrooms, replacement of roof on front and rear porch. Front porch restoration to include ceiling and floor deck replacement and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. There are multiple add alternates for this contract which include the following: painting of soffit and fascia, repointing and sealing of brick, window and lighting replacement and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough to guarantee the bidders entrance into the contract if given the award. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding
