As of July 26, 2024. Project is awarded to Scott Construction, Inc. for the amount of $107,386.24. All work shall be completed by October 30, 2024. The Town of Preston, Adams County WI is accepting sealed bids for rebuild of subdivision: 1. 11th Ave. - Chicago Ln to Cottonville Ave. 2. Chicago Rd. 11th Ave. to 10th Ln. 3. South Chicago Ln. - 11th Ave. to 10th Ln. 4. West 11th Ave. - Cottonville Ave. to Chicago Ln. 5. Chicago Dr. - STH 13 to 13th Ln. 6. Grind existing pavement: All Above roads listed, as well as 8th Ave. - STH 21 to County road J and 8th Dr. to Czech Ave. The Town of Preston reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
