The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide all Work and Materials for the rehabilitation of a 500,000-gallon ground storage tank and a 10,000-gallon hydro pneumatic tank at the York County Well Site 5, located at 1301 Lightfoot Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The intent of this project is to repair critically damaged rip rap revetment along the Columbia River to provide stabilization to the shoreline and transportation facilities that were damaged in recent winter storms. The project location is from Bay Street (Maritime Memorial) to 41st Street. The project includes: . Placement of Class 2000 & Class 50 Rip-rap . Placement of 1"-0" shoulder rock . Asphalt and Concrete Slab Debris Removal Project Substantial Completion shall be October 31, 2024 and Project Final Completion shall be November 30, 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid. If the total bid exceeds $50,000.00 the contract will be subject to Prevailing Wage Statute ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The contract is NOT subject to federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq). Prequalification of bidders is required.
