New construction of a transportation facility in Urbandale, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a runway / taxiway.
Reference Number 0000353919 HIRTA is in the process planning two public transit bus facilities; one in Dallas County, IA and one in Boone County, IA. Phase one of this plan will be to select locations and conduct site assessments. Phase two will be to have Architectural and Engineering Design services create schematics and specifications for later construction of the facilities. Depending on need and available funding there is a possibility of additional design projects. In order to streamline the procurement process, HIRTA is conducting this RFQ for one design firm for all A&E services required by HIRTA for a period of 5 (five) years.
