Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Urbandale, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The WCRP PLAYGROUND shall include: Approximately 887 SY of PCC Pavement Approximately 587 LF of 6" subdrain Grading Related items including removals, restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and survey. Questions concerning interpretation or intent of the Contract Documents should be directed to: City of Urbandale Department of Engineering and Public Works 3600 86th Street Urbandale, IA 50322 (515) 278-3950 The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, said bond to be issued by a responsible surety and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the contract and the terms and conditions therein contained and shall guarantee the prompt payment for all materials and labor and protect and save harmless the City, from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operation of the Contractor. Contractor shall fully complete the project by October 7, 2024. The City of Urbandale reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
