Springville City Incorporated (Owner) will accept bids for the Water Reclamation Facility Maintenance and Repair Services Contract (5 Year) project according to specifications provided in this bid contract, and described in general as: The services to be provided under this Request for Bid are for the provision of labor, equipment, materials, supplies and expertise necessary to perform periodic general maintenance and repair to Springville City's Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). The work the contractor will provide includes but is not limited to: Repairs to inoperative or malfunctioning equipment, pipes, pumps or motors at the WRF. Insect, test, repair and/or rebuild equipment, pipes, pumps and motors at the WRF as needed. Replacement, and/or modification of equipment, pipes, pumps and motors. If replacement equipment, pipes, pumps or motors is needed the City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to enter into an agreement outside of this contract for the purchase of such. The contract agreement will begin on 9, July, 2024 and end 9, July, 2029, a duration of 5-years. Question Deadline 06/12/2024 at 2:00 PM MT All communication relative to the Project and any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project shall be directed to the OWNER during the pre-bid meeting. Additional questions not answered during the pre-bid meeting, but prior to the submitting of bids, shall be submitted online. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be accepted.
