Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repairs and Preventative Maintenance The City of Lawrence Public Schools invites bids from qualified contractors interested in providing the following to the Nutrition Services Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). A contract shall be awarded to a responsive and eligible contractor offering the lowest total bid price. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids must be accompanied with a bid deposit in the amount of five percent 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149, sec.44A-J. Bidders will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute . This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
