This project is to install the new commercial grade carpet and repaint of the interior and exterior of the building. The project is included in the City of Costa Mesa's FY 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of September 18, 2024, it is not known when this project will advertise for bids or start construction. Owner states that design is being done in-house. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
