Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wyalusing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coat/Surface Treatment Contract: Furnish and place approx. 47682 SY of asphalt seal coat single application; furnish and place approx. 28050 SY of asphalt surface treatment; furnish and place approx. 8415 GAL E-1 Prime Coat; and furnish and place approx. 7153 GAL of Asphalt Fog Seal material. Sealed bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the township and include a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. Performance bond and Payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and proof of workers compensation and liability insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the contract. All work and material must meet current PA Dept of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality within.
