The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, temporary sanitation facilities for workers and other required items necessary to complete the following work in strict accordance with all of Attachment A and Bid Documents. JOBSITE: Fire Station 59 Mead Valley 21510 Pinewood Street Perris CA, 92570 ESTIMATED PROJECT COST: $98,000.00 Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all travel, parts, labor, materials, rentals, equipment, disposal, transportation, temporary sanitation facilities for workers throughout the project, permits, plans, inspections, notifications, and supervision necessary to demolish, haul and install 230' of 6- foot masonry wall, man gate and wrought Iron Gate at Fire Station 59 to provide 100% completes projects as follows: Work Shall include, but not limited to the following: Provide engineered drawings for walls and gates. Develop Plans for standard details for 6-foot masonry wall and related anchors for gates. Layout area and contract Dig Alert for surrounding area. Demolition and removal of existing landscape, concrete sidewalk, and park equipment in assigned work area. Clearing, excavating of approximately 24" wide by 12" deep footing, hauling of excess dirt. Saw cut demolition and hauling of existing concrete sidewalks and curbs to build footing. Installation of required footing for new masonry wall with rebar. Pour required footing, wet set first course of 8X8X16 split face block. Build split face wall 4' high with horizontal #5 rebar continuous, every other course. Drop down vertical #5 rebar at 16" OC, grout in all cells containing rebar. Build remaining 2' lift wall with two #5 rebar continuous at top course. Grout fill all cells containing vertical rebar. Install precision tan cap to match existing. Build 6' high split face wall with precision cap tan tooled joints to match existing. Install one 44" wrought iron man gate from current fire station perimeter wall. Complete any inspections and testing required by County of Riverside or City of Perris for the work mentioned above. Cleanup and demobilize from site.
