The intent and purpose of this bid is to establish a contract with qualified sources that can provide plumbing supplies for the Passaic Board of Education's Facilities Department on an "AS NEEDED BASIS" for the current school year. Question Submission Deadline: June 5, 2024, 12:00pm. Term of Contract The term of contract will be from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Passaic Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000. When required, the successful bidder shall furnish a Performance, Payment, and Completion Bond in a sum of at least one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Contract. Such written guarantee shall be made payable to the Passaic Board of Education and shall be in the form required by Statute. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
