The City of Passaic is seeking proposals from qualified Architects and/or Engineering firms to provide full design services for a one-story 800 square foot concession stand to be located in Carnie Bragg Park in the City of Passaic. The successful candidate must have significant experience in the Planning and Design of urban parks in New Jersey and will work within the budget for the project. The City of Passaic reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received and the right to consider bids LOCATION Carnie Bragg Park is bordered by Main Avenue and Myrtle Avenue to the north, and Burgess Place to the south within the City of Passaic. This park was named after the founder of Braggs Funeral Homes in 1972 and the total area of this park is 0.05 Acres which entails Lot 1 of Block 2183.02. Time to complete the project design is noted in the above section and shall be a maximum of 20 weeks.
