Reference Number 0000354013 The Town of Bristol is requesting sealed bids for INDEPENDENCE PARK BOAT RAMP AND STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS, in accordance with all terms and specifications contained herein. The work performed under this contract shall include all equipment, labor, material, supplies, etc. necessary to furnish the work described in this contract and shall include but is not limited to: installation of a new parking lot, concrete boat ramp, shoreline protection, bioretention are, landscaping, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Question Acceptance Deadline 06/20/2024 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bid Security: Certified, treasurer's, cashier's or company check or bid bond (on the form attached) in the sum of five (5) percent of the Total Bid is required. A payment and performance bond on 100% of the proposed contract will be required by the successful bidder within five (5) days after the award.
