The City of Camden (hereinafter, Camden) is requesting proposals from contractors to assist with a Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) for the Camden Water System that will be conducted in response to EPA's Lead and Copper Rule. This work will be funded, in whole or in part, through Federal or State grant programs including the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Selection for services will be based on funding program and Camden requirements and proposal criteria requirements including schedule, cost, relevant experience, proposed work plan, quality of proposal and team qualifications.
