The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a municipal facility. As of May 31, 2024, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, equal to 10% of the bid, binding bidder to enter into contract. Bid Bonds must be from a surety approved by the owner and licensed in the State of Illinois. All blanks in bid form must be completed. Only the Bid Form, Sexual Harassment Statement, Drug Free Work Place Act, Statement on Bid Rigging need to be submitted with your bid. D.
