Site work, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Monee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility. As of July 12, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The Bid Packages Are as Follows: 1. Site Work 2. General Trades 3. Floor Covering 4. Painting 5. Fire Protection 6. Hvac 7. Plumbing 8. Electrical 1.4 Bid a. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Equal to 10% of the Bid, Binding Bidder to Enter Into Contract. Bid Bonds Must Be From a Surety Approved by the Owner and Licensed in the State of Illinois. B. The Village of Monee Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Parts Thereof, to Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities in Bidding Procedures and to Award the Contract in a Manner Best Serving the Interest of the Owner. C. All Bidders Must Comply With Applicable Illinois Law Requiring the Payment of Prevailing Wages by All Contractors Working on Publicly Funded Projects Including Certified Payroll and Bidders Must Comply With Illinois Statutory Requirements Regarding Labor Including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. We Encourage Minority Businesses to Submit Bids.
